This bachelor thesis focuses on evaluation of the recreational potential in the Čistá Jihlava mikroregion. The theoretical part defines basic terms related to the issue of tourism, recreation and recreational potential. The practical part is focused on characteristics of area of interest, the evaluation of the tourism potential of the methodology by Bína (2002), SWOT analysis and evaluation of the questionnaire. Based on the results of the practical part in conclusion will be designed the recommendations to support the development of tourism and recreational potential in this area.

This landscape study focuses on the recreational potential of the cadastral area of the town Lipany, east Slovakia. The work assesses the recreational potential of the place according to methodology Bína (2010) and according to methodology of Carbol (2010). Next, according to analysis of the place, the work defines its values and problems. The next part of the work is to propose changes in the study landscape consisting of several concepts taking into account the urban and demographic development as well as sustainable development of the area defined by three pillars. The individual elements of the proposed changes in the country are polyfunctional, they do not only increase the recreational potential of the area, but they also increase ecological stability, production potential of the country, protect and revitalize the values of the area and eliminate identified problems in the area. The proposed changes are described in detail, some of them are also simulated in visualization. Next, it is then re-evaluated recreational potential of the area, taking into account the proposed changes in the country, which shows that the potential increases of one degree in both methodologies. Proposed landscape design of recreational area near polder is elaborated in detail. The aim of the work is also to improve marketing, which consists of a draft of brochure describing the most interesting places and values of the contry.

Rozdíly ve vnímání rekreačního potenciálu mezi místními obyvateli a návštěvníky v obci Vranov nad Dyjí

The bachelor work analyzes the differences in the perception of the recreational potential between the locals and visitors of the village Vranov nad Dyjí. The first part is based on the study of scientific literature compiled an overview of the issues. The second part is firstly characterized the selected area and then are collected the opinions of local residents and visitors through questionnaires research. Ultimately are the possible proposals that would help to further development of the investigated area. Research suggests that in this area there is short promotion, a short circuit for the offer of overnight stays with Znojmo and Austria and the low level of tourist infrastructure.

Evaluation of the natural recreational potential of the area Smečno - Ledce - Přelíc

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the natural recreational potential of a selected area. The evaluation is based on three different methods with different approaches. Selected methods are TERPLAN, Inverse Distance Weighting IDW and Focal statistics. The evaluation was situated in the Central Bohemian Region in the territory of Smecno, Ledce and Prelic.
Input data for TERPLAN were created by vectorization of base maps. The TEPRLAN method needed to be edited for needs of selected area, because the original form of the TERPLAN is strictly focused on several landscape features. Input data for the other two methods comes from questionnaires. Landscape features were divided into five groups which each of them represent a specific sort of a recreation. These groups were rated according to the results of questionnaires. The IDW method evaluated the recreational potential on basis of distances between the centers of towns and landscape features. The result of this method is an interpolated value of recreational potential for its center. The recreational potential was counted for every town center and their merger gives a final raster layer as a result of recreational potential of whole area. The method of focal statistics was counted for mean and sum of input values. The raster layer of mean focal statistics represent a distribution of important landscape features in area. Second method of focal statistics with sum leads to the results that summarize recreational potential of each segment in area.
Results of these three methods were supplemented with field research. According to the results of all methods was selected part of area with greatest recreation potential where was situated plans to boost actual potential. These plans should bring recreation opportunities closer to the public. Outcomes of this thesis can be used as input for next strategic planning development of this area.

Hodnocení rekreačního potenciálu a zranitelnosti území vůči rekreačním aktivitám v CHKO Orlické hory

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the recreational potential and vulnerability to the recreational activities in the Protected Landscape Area Orlické hory. Solved area is located in the Hradec Králové and Pardubice Region on the border between The Czech Republic and Poland. Recreational potential and the vulnerability to recreational activities in the Orlické hory is evaluated by upgraded existing methods. The thesis describes zoning plans of selected villages, located in the given area, recreation area attractions, areas and lines affecting tourism, there are also defined changes that affect individual activities operated in the environment. In the conclusion are stated frameworks of measures to reduce the impact on the environment that cause mentioned recreational activities and measures proposed development of the recreational potential of the area, which respect the vulnerability and capacity of the area.

Stanovení rekreačního potenciálu města Kroměříže

There is the recreational potential of the city Kroměříž discussed in the bachelor the-sis. The first part aims on an overview of current issues and solutions and there are specific methods of assessing the recreational potential summarized. In practical part is briefly characterized the area of the interest firstly. And then thesis is focused mainly on the perception of the potential of city by residents and tourists. Their opinions were collected using a questionnaire, then graphically presented and commented. Recreation potential is evaluated using SWOT analysis methodics. Due to the reserves in developing the recreational potential of the city, there are suggested measures for its development in the conclusion.

Rekreační potenciál středního toku Váhu

The diploma thesis deals with the topic "Recreational potential of the middle watercourse of Váh river". In the literature part are defined basic concepts of tourism and its potential, recreation and its potential, recreational landscape and its potential and capacity. The diploma thesis characterizes the impacts of recreation on the environment, the impacts of tourism on the economy, methods of evaluation of tourism and recreational potential and revitalization of watercourses. The next part of the work describes the area of interest from various perspectives, modified but close-to-nature watercourse and a technical canal and includes the results of the field research and photographs. The final part contains the evaluation of the effect of revitalization measures of watercourses on the recreational value of the area, a summary of the results and propose measures.

Hodnocení revitalizačních opatření z hlediska rekreačního potenciálu v zájmovém regionu Brněnsko

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of revitalization arrangements from the point of view of the recreational potential in the region of interest Brněnsko. The evaluation is also done from the technical and environmental points. The main reasons of revitalization, the stages of development of revitalization in the Czech Republic, recreation and recreational potential of the landscape with the metodology are mentioned in the introductory part of the thesis. In the next part three localities are described and evaluated. The main locality is Holásecká jezera region. The rating of model locality is based on an already existing methodologies, from which are selected a relevant criteria. In conclusion, based on the SWOT analysis and the survey, several arrangements improving the recreational potential of the landscape are suggested.
